CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a booking is confirmed, the allotted accommodations are reserved exclusively for the guest. This blocks availability for other interested visitors and affects government scheduling and resource allocation. Therefore, cancellations are governed strictly as per the following terms:

  • No Direct Cancellations: Cancellations are not automatically granted. A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or informal requests. Once accommodations are blocked, the booking stands committed and cannot be released without due procedure.
  • Cancellation Request Window: Guests who wish to request cancellation must submit a formal request within 2 days (48 hours) of booking confirmation. Requests sent after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. The booking will continue as confirmed, and no refund or adjustment will be provided.
  • Mandatory Email Procedure: All cancellation requests must be sent only from the email ID used at the time of booking, addressed to the booking authority at the official email mentioned in the confirmation receipt. The email must include the Booking ID, Name of the Guest, and Reason for Cancellation. No other mode of communication will be accepted.
  • Processing: Once the cancellation email is received within the allowed timeline, the request will be processed as per norms and administrative procedures. Approval or rejection of the request rests solely with the competent authority. Processing time may vary based on internal verification and official workload.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: In most cases, bookings are non-refundable. Any concession or refund, if applicable, will be strictly as per policies and subject to approval by the competent authority.
